Our chocolate truffles are made using our signature bean to bar chocolate made in house with almonds and amaretto liquor. This praline filling is then encasted in a dark chocolate shell and dusted with cocoa powder.
Ingredients:
Cocoa nibs, cocoa mass, cocoa butter, cocoa powder, sugar, almonds, amaretto liqueur, soya lecithin, salt and natural vanilla flavor
