Our chocolate truffles are made using our signature bean to bar chocolate made in house with baileys and Jersey cream. This silky ganache is then encasted in a milk chocolate shell and dusted in cocoa powder.
Ingredients:
Cocoa nibs, cocoa mass, cocoa butter, cocoa powder, milk powder, sugar, baileys liquor, Jersey cream, soya lecithin and natural vanilla flavor.
(Made in a kitchen that process nuts and dairy).
