Our chocolate truffles are made using our signature bean to bar chocolate made in house with Jersey cream, Honey and Creme de cafe liqueur. This silky ganache is then encasted in a milk chocolate shell and dusted in cocoa powder.

Cocoa mass, Double cream, sugar,honey, cocoa butter,milk powder, creme de cafe liqueur, soya lechitin and natural vanilla flavour
